We had water damage in our master bathroom that leaked into our family room ceiling downstairs. Called Restoration 1 and from that point on, Wil took care of us. The team that came out was Mick and Alex. They came out everyday except Sunday and took such amazing care of our home, while doing the clean up. Constantine and his crew helped save my vacation. My family and I had just sat down on a sandy beach in Hawaii when I received a call from my house sitter alerting me to to a burst pipe in the basement. Within an hour, Constantine and his crew went to work helping coordinate the water remediation while we enjoyed our vacation. Will, our project coordinator, did a terrific job of walking me through the process an ensuring our home was water free within days. This company is great. Had a water leak that destroyed my floors. I called a few other companies, they were giving me the run around.I then called Restoration 1 and they came out and fixed the damage in a timely manner.
